After-Hours and Emergency Care
We are committed to supporting our clients during emergencies and are actively working to expand our 24/7 emergency availability. However, as a small clinic with limited staff, providing around-the-clock care at both of our locations is very difficult.
- Regular Business Hours: If the Collbran clinic is closed but you have an urgent need during business hours, please contact the Rifle clinic. We will do our best to see your pet there or help arrange alternative care. The Rifle Clinic is open on Saturdays as well!
- After Business Hours: For emergencies in the evenings or on Sundays, please call the office for instructions. A doctor is available on-call through our emergency number.
- If We Cannot Be Reached: If we can't be reached or are unavailable, we recommend contacting Animal ER of the Western Slope (Grand Junction) or Valley Emergency Pet Care (Basalt).
