Plateau Valley Animal Hospital began in 2009 when Dr. Dennison and his family moved back to Collbran (where Clint was raised). The first office, called Plateau Valley Veterinary Clinic, was in a small building at his house. The practice moved to the old hospital building around 2015 when the new PV clinic was built. PVAH moved to its current location in 2018 when Dr. Dennison bought the property and renovated the old cabin.
